The People’s Republic

I honestly don’t know where to start. Hmmm. Thought are spilling out of my brain right now and every two seconds for the last few days, I’ve had a moment where I’ve thought, “I have to write about that in my blog.” If I had any time at all, I would have written 10 entries each day. So, I will attempt to write what is sure to come out as random nonsense. Enjoy…

Culture

So I spent a whole day in Hong Kong and now I’m on a train, heading to Guangzhou. There are so many things that are different here. Really, it’s just lots of little things. China

I don’t know why I didn’t post anything before, but I’m going to China. Tomorrow. Yes, it’s true. I will be gone for two weeks and I’m really excited. I’m going to Hong Kong and Guangzhou (formerly known as Canton). Meg is going to meet me there for the second week. I’m really excited!

The only problem is that I still haven’t started packing. Oops. So that’s what I will be doing tonight. So tell me if you want me to do anything or get anything while I’m there. I hope that I will be making regular posts about my culture clashing experiences. I will probably upload lots of pictures to flikr (and thus need to start paying for it).

Anyway, just thought that everyone would want to know that I will be traveling for 24 hours starting tomorrow morning!
